Meet Dave Williams

Dave Williams is a co-founder of The Eminence Group and one of Denver’s top-performing real estate agents and advisors. He is a top 2 agent at his brokerage, ranks in the top 10% of agents across Denver, and is among the top 50 Keller Williams agents in Colorado. Dave has earned the Keller Williams Luxury designation and is a Forever Duke Award recipient, a distinguished honor recognizing alumni who give back to the Duke community.

Dave’s background began in healthcare, where he spent a decade as a Doctor of Physical Therapy helping people navigate important life transitions. That foundation shapes how he approaches real estate today: with transparency, care, and a steady hand through complex decisions.

After traveling the country as a physical therapist, Dave and his wife chose Denver as their forever home in 2015. Now raising their family here, he brings a deeply personal perspective to what “home” really means.

Dave specializes in luxury homes, relocation clients, sellers, move-up buyers, and first-time buyers. He pairs thoughtful strategy with straightforward approach so clients can make smart decisions with confidence. Between his years in home healthcare and real estate, Dave has spent time in countless homes and Denver-area neighborhoods, giving him a true feel for how each area lives, from daily rhythms and walkability to energy, and lifestyle.

Meet Kim Johnson

Kim Johnson is a co-founder of The Eminence Group and a true dual-threat real estate agent. She works across traditional buyer and seller transactions while also specializing in off-market and distressed properties for fix and flippers. With over 100 transactions closed in under 5 years, Kim is an expert negotiator who knows how to protect her clients interest and deliver the best outcomes.

Before co-founding The Eminence Group, Kim earned national recognition as a Top 20 agent at her previous brokerage 3 years in a row: a culmination of her finding practical solutions that move deals forward and delivering the best result for her clients.

Kim’s approach is shaped by a background rooted in competition. She grew up playing competitive water polo, went on to play for the University of Michigan while studying business and real estate, and later competed professionally in Australia. That work ethic and strength under pressure is now apparent in how she shows up for her real estate clients.Since choosing Denver as home in 2021, she has built a business founded on trust and long-term relationships.

Kim’s clients know she’ll give them the truth, advocate for their best interests, and stay in their corner long after the closing is done.
